Thailand Centennial Development Goals (TCDs): The Promise of Our Generation.

In the coming 24 years there will be two important centennial anniversaries for Thailand; The King's 100th Birthday and the 100th anniversary of Thai Democracy. Clearly, this two anniversaries will mark the very important milestones in Thai history which is worthwhile for achieving the next step of Thailand development.

Hence, I would like to propose the Thailand Centennial Development Goals (TCDs) as follows.

1. Improve the responsiveness and inclusiveness of democratic governance under constitutional monarchy

2. Develop and sustain the equal and robust economy and gender equality in labour force participation

3. Achieve egalitarian social development and equal opportunity to education, more importantly developing the nationwide CIVIC EDUCATION that equip the civic mind and a sound understanding on democracy to every pupils and their instructors

4. Reaching deep south provinces conflict resolution and reduce conflicts and violence in Thai society to regain the country's regional leadership in pluralism society

5. Ensure the sustainable health care system nationally and improve citizens' quality of life and health awareness equally

6. Promote environmental and energy sustainability

7. Advance innovation & research excellency of public and private enterprises and develop the knowledge society

From my perspective I believe that Thailand needs to achieve these 7 development goals. Surely, there could be many more that are beyond my knowledge and awareness, therefore I will leave this TCDs open for everyone add new goals or add more detail in each of these 7 goals or suggest for any clarifications.

Let's make this vision as a promise of our generation

Is this is the right deffinition of sufficient economics?

I found this comments on the definition of so-called 'Self-sufficient economy' in this link of wikipedia;

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Localism_(Political_Philosophy).

I dont know who post this but I'm quite confident that this is the huge misunderstanding.
What should be the right definition of this philosophy, I am searching for it, what about your idea? Lets get this misunderstanding right soon.

... Localism as a Political Philosophy
The anomaly case in Thailand, for example, there has been the misunderstanding among Thai people that Localism is one of the economic schools of thought. What Thai people know as His Majesty the King's "Self-sufficient economy" is Localism. The public have been stormed with the monarchy propaganda to believe that Localism is the best economic school and must replace capitalism. [citation needed] Actually, it is just populism.[4] In reaction to the Prime Minister Thaksin Shinawatra pro-capitalism regime, the king Bhumibol Adulyadej proposes the idea of Localism to influence localism movements and public opinion to criticise against various proposed mega projects of the prime minister. The idea is also encompass the Buddhism principle and continuely illustrates the downsides of capitalism that make it popular among Thais. Even it is the big misunderstanding but scholars in Thailand are afraid of Lese majeste law and public pressure, which make them silent. [citation needed]....
